World Peace Initiative Foundation offers
Introduction to guided meditation on Zoom for your staff, with opportunity to follow up with paid weekly/fortnightly sessions to support your staff’s meditation practice.
In the pandemic situation
mental health is one of the key issues and we offer you a simple solution of taking care of your mind.
Meditation is the hygiene for the mind. It is an exercise to relax and concentrate the mind, in order to learn how to control your attention.
Taking care of our minds is the first step to well-being in the ever changing world. Keeping our mental health, we care about our family, workplace and the whole world.
Meditation helps:
balance the nervous system
let go of obsessive thoughts
accept unpleasant situations
relax
concentrate on the present moment, not worrying about past and or future
become an observer and look at the situation from outside the system
We offer a
free of charge Introduction to meditation workshop for your staff. We can combine the topic of their interest with meditation. Examples - Stress management, Productivity, Creativity, Work life balance, etc.

Who will teach the workshop?
You can select a monk or our certified meditation trainers.
We have been teaching meditation for 11 years and have certified trainers on each continent.
You can select the trainer of your choice here or we select one for you based on the specifics of your request.
Who we are
At World Peace Initiative Foundation we teach people to meditate, manage their minds and create the lives they love.
Our goal is to make meditation available for everyone in the world.
In the past 11 years we have reached
Over 120 000 people with our online programs
Over a 100 000 people with offline workshops
And have trained 1383 people from around the world to meditate at 80 trainings
The proceeds we earn from our paid projects are directed to sponsoring meditation workshops for those people who can’t afford it.
To organize a meditation session, please write to us:
1. What days and at what time you are comfortable holding the event
2. How many people are interested in the session (we require 10+ participants)
3. What is the main purpose the group wants to learn meditation?
We will coordinate the time and provide you with a link in Zoom (or agree on your link if you prefer another platform)
