In the Philippines, there is a unique and popular tourist destination, the Chocolate Hills. According to various estimates, there are 1269-1776 hills, with an average height of 30-50 meters, the highest -120 meters. They are called chocolate hills because they turn brown in the dry season.
Oofficially, the hills are natural formations of limestone, which have been eroded by the rains. But apart from the classification, experts cannot say anything else about the hills, and they bluntly admit that they do not understand how they were formed. According to simple logic, it would be worth digging into at least one of them, but no excavations have been done. Even the natural origin of the hills requires proof.
