Description: Our company needs a female phone operator
Educational background – diploma or level in IT, secretarial science, marketing, management or other related fields
Age- 18-25
We prefer if you have an experience as a call operator but not mandatory
Excellent verbal communication skill
Basic computer skill and smart phone (telegram, maps, some other apps)
English language is required, writing, reading, speaking, listening, and speaking
Knowledge of customer service practice and principles
Working hour - three days morning shift (2:30-9:00) & three days afternoon shift (9:00-3:00)
Salary gross 3500 birr
