Israel Now Offering Third Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Dose to Adults With Weak Immune Systems

@COVID19Up: Israel's health minister announced on Sunday that adults with compromised immune systems who had already received two doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine could now receive a booster shot.

Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz said the decision was effective immediately.

On Thursday, Pfizer and BioTech said they were planning to seek emergency authorization from the U.S. FDA for a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
