A monument to Stalin was erected in Georgia.
The figure appeared in the hometown of the "leader of the peoples", in one of the villages of the Gori region in eastern Georgia.
Whether the locals had permission to do so is not known. There are no official comments from the mayor's office yet.
If the authorities disagree, the monument will be dismantled.
