Yesterday, there were reports of parts of Darah district of Panjshir had been captured by NRF rebels and supporting armed locals.
Taliban has recaptured Darah and Abshar districts in Panjshir this morning. Local sources say Taliban has taken some local elders hostage in a mosque in Abshar district. Also, there are reports of clashes in Shotul district.
