SafeEntry check-in service has been fully restored on the TraceTogether app. Checking in via SafeEntry QR scanning is now functioning normally.

We are experiencing intermittent availability on TraceTogether and investigating an issue affecting check-ins via SafeEntry QR scanning.

Users can continue to perform SafeEntry check-ins via tapping of SafeEntry Gateway Box or SafeEntry (Business) App. We are working to resolve the issue and will update when it's rectified. Open / Comment

If your child transitioning to Primary 1 next year, we have an app to help you keep track of hardcopy school handouts and information on key school matters -- Parents Gateway!

Jointly developed with the Ministry of Education, the Parents Gateway app is a one-stop portal that strengthens the school-home partnership. With recent enhancements to the app, it can now support parents with school-going children in the following ways:

Access information and resources on the P1 registration process and its requirements
Learn about virtual orientation dates
Receive timely alerts for notifications and provide consent for their child’s school activities

More features like two-way communication will also be coming to the app soon!
