Responsibilities:
As Valigara’s Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building the relationship with customers and responsible for their incredible user experience. Due to the nature of what we do, you'll need learn how to use our technology and understand how this applies to the Jewelry eCommerce space.
Of course, having the personality and desire to create and deliver world-class service is the most important, trait with duties ranging from:
• Help new clients onboard to our system
• Understand clients’ needs, guide clients in ongoing improvement, solve problems
• Identify where the Valigara product provides most impact for the client
• Get deep into the jewelry eCommerce, and using the insights to help clients grow
• Work with the support team to provide the best customers support
• Create video and documents for LMS and onboarding
• Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in Customer Success
• Experience or a reasonable knowledge of the eCommerce and a desire to pursue this sector
• Strong computer skills
• Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal skills
• Extra languages are a plus
• Ready for the challenge to build a world-class Customer Success Department
