1. Is it easy to find a job in your country?
Due to the population, it is not easy standing out in a competitive job market, so you need the right combination of education, experience, and skills to stand out among other candidates. Especially you want to get a well-paid job in a good company.

2. What should the government do if there is unemployment?
I think government can take multiple steps to create enough new jobs. The government can encourage multinational corporations to open up more branches in our country, so the people have job opportunities. Then, people can start their own businesses with the help of various government startup programs, which would help thousands of workers to find employment opportunities.

3. Is a high salary important?
Of course, salary is the first thing to look at for people when choosing a job. This is because a good remuneration can be a motivating factor for an individual’s performance at work. Most people need money to support their families. Moreover, more money can make life easier.

4. Is it ok to do a job you like with a low salary?
I think it would be a very tough situation for me. I will go with the job of my interest even if I am paid less. Working for my favorite job gives me a sense of satisfaction and inner happiness.

5. How can a small company grow large?
Small companies can become big by implementing various strategies. They can use some new marketing and advertising tricks to promote their products among customers. Then, they can hire skilled employees who can develop new products. Finally, they can concentrate on the quality of their products, so they gain the markets.

6. Should large companies donate more to charities?
I think so. Big corporations should donate more to poor people through charities, which can be beneficial for society. Poor people can get help for their basic needs. Meanwhile, companies may promote their products through charities.

7. Should large companies be punished more seriously if they break the law?
I don't think so. The punishment by law should be the same for everybody. So, both large and small companies should be treated the same when they break any rules. For sure, people don't want to see those big organizations use their power to get out of the punishments that offend the law.
