So here we go, Part II
Next question on our list would be question of all questions:
Will you give me guarantee that I will get 8-8,5?
Normally, guarantee system on services though many executives believe, by very definition, services can’t be guaranteed, work as the following:
First of all, when you give a guarantee say for the toaster you sold, you basically mean that your product works right? You can’t give a guarantee if the toast sandwiches your customer will cook will be of Michelin-Star level. As absurd as this analogy may sound, more absurd is the expectation of candidates to score 8-8,5 because you sell your service product and how the customer uses that product is entirely his business and this happens beyond your control capacity
Secondly, you must give a guarantee for your quality of teaching if you are a professional tutor, and you should also be ready to make a fair compensation of classes that are cancelled due to health issues, for example. You need to think about this: Can you guarantee that you will keep the quality of your classes for 3 months or whatever the length of your course is? I am sure that teachers with big names will try their best to keep the quality of lesson delivery despite private issues.
And final take-away is, more often than not, warranty-seeking candidates are the ones who try to avoid hours of hard work and are 100% convinced their mark will totally depend on a tutor’s band and teaching.
What is the moral you may ask? Next time, you want to purchase a product do ask for a guarantee coz you have a right for it but never forget to take care of it with responsibility.
If I had to compare knowledge I am selling to smth it would be a flower, you buy it but I hope you will take a good care of this flower and water it properly so that you can look at it and enjoy the view
Peace to the world
Let it rotate
Love, Cap
