2022-05-20 12:29:18 ​IELTS #Speaking criteria says "Idiomatic language", or "Idiomatic vocabulary". They didn't say "Idiomatic Expressions", Thus, idiomatic language includes idioms, phrases/expressions, collocations, and every lexical resource.

Besides, "Idiomatic" means containing expressions that are natural and correct

Example: She was born in Italy but her English is fluent and idiomatic.
