Indeed whoever sees a fasting person eating or drinking during | IlmTest

Indeed whoever sees a fasting person eating or drinking during the day in Ramaḍān forgetfully, then he should remind him.
أن من رأى صائماً يأكل أو يشرب في نهار رمضان ناسياً فإنه يذكره،

And it is upon that fasting person to stop eating (or drinking) immediately.
وعلى الصائم أن يمتنع من الأكل فوراً
