(Shaykh Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Wahāb said): I do not testify that anyone from the Muslims are in Paradise or in the Hellfire except for those whom the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has testified.
ولا أشهد لأحد من المسلمين بجنة ولا نار، إلا من شهد له رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

However I hope for the righteous and fear for the sinner.
ولكني أرجو للمحسن، وأخاف على المسيء.

And I do not accuse anyone from the Muslims of being a kāfir (ie: disbeliever) due to a sin, and I do not expel them from the fold of Islām.
ولا أكفر أحدا من المسلمين بذنب، ولا أخرجه من دائرة الإسلام.
