The one who praises you with that which is not within you, reaches the peak in criticizing you, because he alerts to your shortcoming.
أبلغ فِي ذمك من مدحك بِمَا لَيْسَ فِيك لِأَنَّهُ نبه على نقصك

And the one who criticizes you with that which is not within you, reachest the peak in praising you, because he alerts to your virtue.
وأبلغ فِي مدحك من ذمك بِمَا لَيْسَ فِيك لِأَنَّهُ نبه على فضلك
