Humble request to all of you

Please call customer care only for plans details and not for open positions because

1. All messages sent through WhatsApp or Telegram are not updated with the customer care.

2. Customer care is only about plans and not trade and strategy. If you get any wrong information by mistake, then you may have to bear a heavy loss for it. Which will be your own responsibility.

3. For your convenience, every call/trade is recorded through the performance sheet, so for any query or difficulty, you can always open the performance sheet to view it.

Some people also call on customer care for calls/trade given through WhatsApp or Telegram thus increasing the number of phone calls to customer care. Up to 500 calls are also received daily, which is not needed at all as you are informed about the stop loss and exit through a message. Every difficulty you face is taken care of. Please try to be patient.

This would have created a problem that if the customer care does not answer the phone calls then people complain to me that the customer care person is very rude. You tell me that after so many unnecessary phone calls, will no one become rude? Although they never want to behave like this, but sometimes it happens by mistake, then keep patience don't take it otherwise.

It is often seen that some people call the customer care number even after the market is closed. Sir, they also have personal and family life, please give time to them too.

Despite this, if you have any doubts regarding any trade, then you can definitely contact the customer care, they will get the information from the concerned person and provide it to you *but try not to do this about every trade.*

If such things keep happening again and again then the only option we will have is to limit the customer care service only from 10 AM to 6 PM which is currently available round the clock but we want to avoid this as some genuine phones calls are required to be raised in emergency situations.
