A citizen of Russia and Moldova was detained for bringing explosives to Russia, which were later used to blow up the car of ex-SBU officer Prozorov.

The FSB reports that the explosive components were camouflaged by Ukrainian intelligence services in manicure tools and hair care products.

The parcel was transferred from Warsaw for delivery by a private transport company. The courier received the cargo in Lithuania and brought it by car to Moscow, where he handed it over to the SBU agent.
