Vacancy:
Sr IP Supervisor at Honeywell

Qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in intellectual property function
• Fair understanding of AIDC related technologies
• Exceptional patent search and analytics skills and ability to perform complex and high risk projects in a diligent manner.
• Fair understanding of patent prosecution processes in US and EP jurisdictions.
• Prior experience of handling technologies related to automatic identification and data capture is a must.
• Hands on working experience with US attorneys and global inventors to obtain IP clearances and global patent protection.
• Ability to engage engineering teams on IP risks and opportunities on various technologies of interest in a seamless manner.
• Clear and thoughtful communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse audience.
• Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
• Sr IP Supervisor is responsible for managing project delivery, people performance and stakeholder relations in support of a GBE for SPS.
• Sr IP Supervisor is expected to drive clearance process of a given product portfolio that may include IP, OSS and contract agreement review.
• Sr IP Supervisor is expected to perform complex and high business risk projects such as FTP analysis with memos, M&A due diligence, enforcement and licensing.
• Support leadership in driving high performing COE culture including cross functional trainings, capability development and mentoring of junior colleagues in the team.
