ITI Funds is setting up a new fund focused on investing in US real estate backed mortgage loans. The fund takes advantage from the current US real estate market situation.
• Total return: 20% annually (net of fees) in USD terms. • Coupon: 5.2% annually (quarterly payments). • Investment horizon: 15-18 months. • Two options of investment process: regulated fund domiciled in Luxembourg (RAIF) and Euroclear settlement system. • The product is low-risk and provides profitability protection even if the US real estate market falls 2 times more than in 2008 (no significant drop is expected during COVID-19 crisis). • The fund team has more than 30 years of successful investment experience in the sector. More than $1 bln of loans issued during the last 7 years. The existent fund managed by the team has $160 mln and yielded 9.2% in 2019.
