• Total return: 20% annually (net of fees) in USD terms.
• Coupon: 5.2% annually (quarterly payments).
• Investment horizon: 15-18 months.
• Two options of investment process: regulated fund domiciled in Luxembourg (RAIF) and Euroclear settlement system.
• The product is low-risk and provides profitability protection even if the US real estate market falls 2 times more than in 2008 (no significant drop is expected during COVID-19 crisis).
• The fund team has more than 30 years of successful investment experience in the sector. More than $1 bln of loans issued during the last 7 years. The existent fund managed by the team has $160 mln and yielded 9.2% in 2019.

The US mortgage market currently provides a unique entrance opportunity which appears once in 10 years.

With less than 12 days remaining for third Bitcoin halving, it is time to take another look at the state of miners, especially after 5 consecutive weekly green candles. Since its drop, BTC has been surging nonstop when the price took huge leaps on April 16, 22, and 23, where it surged more than 4% each day. At press time, the surge continued with 1 BTC priced at $8,900.
