On the Echo Anomaly
Niantic shared that, to earn the Echo Anomaly Badge, Agents must interact with at least five Battle Beacons deployed at any of the nine (9) Anomaly sites by NIASection14.

The following actions count as an interaction:
Deploy or Upgrade Resonator (not upgrading your own)
Attack or Destroy Resonator
Destroy Portal Mod
Destroy Link
Recharge Resonator (remotely as well)
