पढाई और परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए रूटीन -

पढाई करने के लिए कुछ तरीके बताता हूँ इनको ढंग से पढ़ो और जिसके लिए जितना जितना सम्भव है अपने दिनचर्या में डालो।

मन में ऐसे विचार आ सकते हैं
1. पढाई मेरे वश की है ही नहीं
2. मैं पढाई के लिए बना ही नहीं
3. पढाई एक बोझ के सिवा कुछ नहीं

जब कभी ऐसे विचार आये जो तुम्हें पढाई से दूर जाने को प्रेरित करे तो समझ जाना पढाई के प्रति कोई बहुत पुराना डर तुम्हारे मन में जाने अनजाने घर कर गया है।

इस डर को तोड़ना होगा, सबसे पहले कारण ढूंढो उन्हें कॉपी में लिखो और उससे बाहर निकलने के तरीके भी लिखो ...

उदाहरण के लिए,
तुम्हें गणित कक्षा 5 की ढंग से समझ नहीं आयी और तुम कक्षा 10 में आ गए। तो तुम्हारे लिये गणित अब डर बन जायेगा। इसलिये सबसे पहले कक्षा 5 का गणित फिर से पढ़ो 1 सप्ताह में तुम उस विषय पर पकड़ हासिल कर लोगे।

सिर्फ पास होने के लिए नहीं पढ़ो ऐसा करने से विषय नीरस हो जाता है और पढाई बोझ महसूस होगी।

पढाई की दिनचर्या कैसे बनायें...
दिनचर्या हमेशा तार्किक, सम्भव और दिलचस्प बनाओ नहीं तो 1-2 दिन के बाद दिनचर्या बदल जाती है।
हमेशा एक लक्ष्य को लेकर दिनचर्या बनाओ।
अपने दिन को कभी एक दिन में ना देखो हमेशा 24 घंटे हैं।

एक महीने की दिनचर्या का उदाहरण देता हूँ।
1 महीना = 30 दिन = 720 घण्टे

5:00 - बजे उठना + एक ग्लास पानी + शौच + 20 मिनट व्यायाम + 10 मिनट ध्यान + 20 मिनट मोबाइल
6:00 - पढाई ( 2 घंटे )
8:00 - नास्ता + स्नान + घर मे लोगों की मदद
9:00 - पढाई ( 3 घंटे )
12:00 - खाना + 1/2 घन्टा मोबाइल
13:00 - पढाई ( 3 घंटे )
16:00 - खेल कूद, मस्ती + 1 घंटा मोबाइल
18:00 - 5 मिनट ध्यान + पढाई ( 1 घंटे )
19:00 - रात्रिभोज ( अल्पाहार )
19:30 - 5 मिनट ध्यान ( वज्रासन में) + पढाई ( 1.5 घंटे )
21:00 - मोबाईल/TV
22:00 - 5 मिनट ध्यान बिस्तर पर ही + नींद

यह रूटीन तैयारी में जुटे लोगों के लिए हैं जिनका परीक्षा 1 महीने में है, बाकी लोग 3 घंटे से 1-1 घंटा कम करके 8 घंटे का रूटीन बना सकते हैं।

जब भी रूटीन बनाना उसमें हर बात का खयाल रखना, जैसे आज के दौर में मोबाइल/टीवी का प्रयोग।

लक्ष्य के साथ कैसे पढ़ें -
1. विषय के हरेक अध्याय का नाम एक कॉपी में लिख लो
2. फिर हर अध्याय के सामने एक लक्ष्य की तिथि लिखो। फिर उसके सामने on date और late लिखो।
3. रोज कितने चैप्टर करने है यह भी तय रखो

रोज अपना आंकलन करो, क्या सही चल रहा है और कहाँ ध्यान देना है. Open / Comment
