Is anyone here familiar with AnLinux for Android? I just found it Listed under FoxyDroid. According to it's notation, it let's you run Linux on Android without needing root access. Choices provided are Ubuntu, Debian, Kali, Parrot Security OS, Fedora, CentOS, openSUSE Leap, openSUSE Tumberweed, Arch Linux, Black Arch. Desktop choices are Xfce4, Mate, LXQt, & LXDE.. If anyone has tried AnLinux on their Android phones, I'd be interested in hearing your opinions on it before I decide trying it. Thanks in advance.

Win11 hardware requirements appear to be the culmination of many years planning and scheming. Big Brother on steroids. In computing there is always a challenge to determine who did what online. The hardware is a big step forward for ATTRIBUTION. Being able to definitively determine where a digital activity originated from. Still doesn’t prove who was at the controls, but they are working that from different angles. None of this is for our protection or freedom. It is to monitor and control.

One small step towards freedom, but I love it. My techie friend helped me download Ubuntu 20.04 tonight (Oct 10) (within Virtual Box) into my 2-yr-old HP All-in-One. Next I’ll be investigating how to share my copious files from Windows to Ubuntu with the goal of dropping Windows.
