Clearly, American food tends to include a considerably higher quantity of ingredients like additives that are banned in most European countries. Also almost all American food products feature seed oils, artificial flavors, banned food dyes and numerous other harmful components.

As a nutrition coach I tell my clients this all the time, they have got to stop eating anything that's processed in America because there are various harmful compounds which act as hormone blockers in food, which is causing people to gain abnormal weight.

When some of my clients take trips overseas they always tend to lose weight while saying they were eating more than they have in America, which basically confirms my theory.

It's clear that US is in a chokehold to big pharma, but people need to stop going along with the masses and stop buying anything that has ingredients you can't pronounce.
