आज गुजरात की एक सेशन कोर्ट ने मेरे गुजरात बाहर जाने पर लगाया प्रतिबंध।

सरकार द्वारा दलित समाज को आवंटित की गई जमीन पर असामाजिक तत्वों का 50 सालो से कब्जा था। दलितों को अपनी जमीन वापस मिले इस मांग के साथ 2017 के जुलाई माह में आजादी कूच रैली का दलित अधिकार मंच ने आयोजन किया। आखरी वक्त पर पुलिस ने रैली की परमिशन कैंसल की। फिर भी हम रैली को लेकर आगे बड़े। हमारे साथ अन्य 10 लोगों पर सरकार ने FIR की जिसमे एक 75 साल के बुजुर्ग भी है। यह कहा की हमारे पास पुलिस परमिशन नहीं थी।

5 मई 2022 को एक निचली कोर्ट ने इस मामले में मुझे 3 महीने की सजा सुनाई। इस केस में आज बैल की सुनवाई हुई जहा कोर्ट ने कहा की हम बिना कोर्ट की मंजूरी के गुजरात बाहर नहीं जा सकते। कोर्ट के इस फैसले का में सम्मान करता हूँ पर मुझे गर्व है की गरीबों को उनकी जमीन दिलाने का मेने काम किया। आज वो किसान उस जमीन पर खेती कर रहा है। इसके लिए मुझे आगे भी जेल जाना पड़े तो में तैयार हूँ।

Today a sessions court in Gujarat imposed a ban on my going out of Gujarat.
The land allotted by the government to the Dalit community was occupied by anti-social elements for 50 years. In the month of July 2017, the Dalit Adhikar Manch organized a freedom march rally with the demand that the Dalits should get their land back. At the last moment, the police canceled the permission for the rally. Still, we went ahead with the rally. The government filed an FIR against 10 other people with us, in which there is also a 75 year old man. It said that we did not have police permission.

On 5th May 2022, a lower court sentenced me to 3 months in this case. In this case, the hearing of the bull was held today where the court said that we cannot go out of Gujarat without the approval of the court. I respect this decision of the court but I am proud that I worked for the poor to get their land. Today that farmer is cultivating that land. If I have to go to jail for this, I am ready.
