हमारे संगठन राष्ट्रीय दलित अधिकार मंच के साथी मनोज दाफड़ा और उनकी ग्राम पंचायत के सदस्य पिछले चार दिन से राजकोट के कोटड़ा संगानी तहसील में भूख हड़ताल पर बैठे है। इनकी मांग केवल इतनी है की गाँव में स्ट्रीट लाइट, गटर, पानी और घर के प्लॉट जैसी साधारण सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाए। आजादी के 75 साल के बाद भी जो किसी नागरिक को इन मांगो के लिए अनशन करना पड़ रहा हो तो यह हमारे लिए बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। यह हमारी व्यवस्था और सिस्टम के बारे में बोहोत कुछ कह जाता है।

Manoj Dafra and members of his Gram Panchayat of our organization @RDAMIndia have been on hunger strike in Kotda Sangani Tehsil of Rajkot for the last four days. Their only demand is that common facilities like street lights, sewer, water and house plots should be provided in the village. It is very unfortunate for us if any citizen is going to strike for these demands even after 75 years of independence. This says a lot about our system and system.
