11 Million (110 Lakh) Jobless Youth in China.. Unemployment in China has reached to the level of 19.6% .
We Indians also have to be alert & think about our youth & consider the unemployment issue seriously.. Government has to make good policies to skill the youth.. colleges also have to make serious efforts to make sure that students are skilled as per industry expectation. Otherwise most of the colleges still follow conventional Theory pattern and less worried about Practcal / Application knowledge. The Education System mostly revolves around Exam & Marks. All colleges should be 100% flexible to send students for Industry Internships during all semesters as and when industry allows.. Syllabus should also have enough credits for Aptitude, Programming, Spoken English Communication etc. In Engineering we have 40 subjects and out of them at least 3-4 compulsory subjects with credits should be there to skill the students for Aptitude, Programming, Spoken English Communication
Otherwise we will keep on producing Lakhs of Unemployed Youth with ONLY DEGREES.. This will create social unrest some day when these Unemployed Youth will come together & may create problems for the Government / System or society.
