Core Responsibilities

Transport & clearing
Assist the logistics manager with import formalities
Follow up with the clearing agent to ensure a smooth running of import formalities
Ensure documentation of all shipments. These include the Delivery waybills of items received, Item accompaniment and Courier sheets for items dispatched.
Update transportation cost sheet for Forward and reverse logistics cost.
Ensure all parties involved in goods shipment (forward & reverse logistics)

Requirements

BSc/BA or HND in Logistics or relevant field;
Minimum of 3 years with proven experience in similar role;
Creative, Proactive and Dynamic Individual
Good understanding of in-bound and out-bound logistics;
Enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement of existing systems

This includes translating product specifications, creating prototypes, and designing fully functional products.


To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for design and be able to translate requirements into practical product features.


Location: Remote from Nigeria.


Key responsibilities - Create design concepts, wireframes & prototypes to convey requirements and test functionality - Produce high quality UI/UX designs for the mobile and backend teams - Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming - Suggest improvements to design and performance to engineers - Document and employ design concepts into functional prototypes - Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts - Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions - Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations - Working with the product and engineering teams to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly - Ensuring component consistency across designs and design elements (font, font size, spacing, padding, etc.) - Grouping and naming design elements, screens, etc. for easy readability
