Eden Ridge Ltd (ER) is a real estate company in Kenya. The company is registered under the Companies Act, 2015 of the Laws of Kenya and was started in November 2016. We specialize in consultancy on acquisition, management, letting and disposal of real estate properties. We are located in Kilimani on Rose Avenue off Kindaruma Road.

Position Title : Graphics Designer and Digital Marketing Executive.

Reporting to: Brand and Marketing Manager

Job Location: Nairobi

OVERALL PURPOSE:

The Graphic designer will aim to produce designs that get clients' messages across with high visual impact and deliver within timelines. They will work on a huge variety of products to meet all in-house graphic needs under the supervision of the Brand and Marketing Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Your role is to ensure that we have high visibility as a leader within the property industry, by showcasing our projects, products, impact, and achievements through multiple social media mediums to our current and potential clients, with the goal of increasing new business development.
• You will be responsible for developing and producing multimedia pieces for use on our website, social media, marketing materials, and at events that help Eden Ridge Limited facilitate a conversation around property letting and purchase.

• Plan, produce, and create short videos such as customer testimonials and Property virtual tours.
• Create, edit, and maintain the Eden Ridge’s Limited website visuals.
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various platforms.

• Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services. Generate a database of emails for lead generation.
• You must be able to translate key photo and video assets into optimized web assets via grading, color correction, and other similar processes.

• You will be responsible for digital design creation post-concept, through production and execution, on both large campaigns and quick assignments.

• Creating Google Ads and SEO Campaign to maintain a high level of Client Traffic on the website.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCES

• A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or their equivalent.

• Two plus years of design experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Animate.

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and other social media best practices.

• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.

• Strong photo augmentation, silhouetting, and color correction skills.

About the role:

M P Shah Hospital is looking to recruit a professional and evidence-driven person for a vacancy in the following position:

The holder of the position is expected to maintain an efficient and accurate Accounting function.

Responsibilities

Call suppliers and get quotations.

Do LPO’s once the capex form has been approved.

Update on the requirements for capex from the departments daily.

Update the Capex Monthly.

Do the GRN’s for items received.

Issue items to respective departments.

Ensure that items are tagged.

Record and provide all invoices for approval and forward them for payment processing.

Follow up on all outstanding ordering of invoices from departments.

Do weekly updates on undelivered LPO’s.

Do weekly updates on GRN’s not finalized from items delivered.

Update database of supplier’s contacts on a monthly basis.

Ensure all documents are filed by performing sequential checks on all files closed for the month.

Prepare official letters for suppliers for recommendation when necessary.

Summarize the monthly capex against the budget.

Ensure the asset register is updated and up to date with the current prices of the older assets purchased.

Assist the projects team with the ongoing project

Qualification and requirements:

Basic accounting knowledge.

IT proficient.

Previous experience in an accounts office.

Excellent attention to detail.

Minimum of at least one year of experience working in a similar position.
