How often do you look in the mirror, analyzing your own thoughts, beliefs, and actions? We know we are at crisis levels of low self-awareness, individually and collectively. Self reflection is crucial to build that. Continuously view yourself objectively in an effort to grow, yet be cautious of falling into the trap of denial, avoiding your own bullshit because it's too painful to admit you've been an idiot. We're all idiots at one point or another. Be strong and courageous enough to admit where you've been slacking. Identify the weakness, craft a solution, and put that plan into action. Don't be afraid of change, the real problem is avoiding it.
