Actively conducts direct sales within the SACCO business target areas
• Participates in coordinating the recruitment of new members and involvement in member
retention strategies.
• Actively participates in social media content creation and communication.
• Assists in the promotion and advertisements activities
• Participates in the Sacco’s marketing activities.
• Assists in the implementation of the Sacco’s Customer Service Charter.
• Assists in conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
• Participates in the Society’s member education programs
• Identify opportunities, map the markets and close business
• Facilitate the branding of the SACCO to members and nonmembers.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Senior Marketing Officer
4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Diploma or Certificate in marketing and sales and preferably someone who has worked in a sacco or a financial institution is recommended.
