Baked cow milk - «пряжене молоко»
Baked milk is produced from heat-treated cow milk that is heated uniformly at a temperature of up to 95 °C for three hours. During this time, milk acquires a pleasant cream color and sweet caramel taste. As a rule the fats is 4%.

Whey - «сироватка»
Whey is a product obtained in the process of production of sour milk cheese, and, therefore, it has a specific aroma and light sweet and sour taste. The composition of chemical elements of the product provided for the presence of large amounts of calcium, many mineral and vitamin components of natural origin. We have to note that this product you can add as an ingredient by cooking, but Ukrainians (as a rule) don’t drink it as a drink like milk or kefir.

Sour Cream - «сметана»
Sour cream is a highly nutritious and tasty product that has many useful nutrients inherent to milk. You can add it In borsch, to eat with varenyky, syrniki or to use it as a source.

Ryazhanka - «ряжанка»
Ryazhanka is made on the combinat from the yoked milk with the addition of the starter culture of pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria. Milk is pasteurized with a sprinkle, and it is made with microorganisms, for which sourdough is added. You can drink it in the same way as kefir or milk. The fats is 4%.
