UN voices concern about UK ‘Homes for Ukraine’ initiative.

The U.N.’s refugee agency said the scheme, which allows U.K. residents to temporarily house Ukrainian refugees, may be exploited without appropriate safeguards. They noted a rising number of reports of Ukrainian women feeling unsafe while staying with male sponsors, as well as concerns about the sustainability of such a project.
