Ministry of Internal Affairs: Negotiations ongoing for the exchange of 169 servicemen of Ukraine's National Guard captured at Chornobyl.

According to the Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrsky, Russian forces held the soldiers captive without access to light or communication and have taken the soldiers to Russia and Belarus.
