Grim is an augmented lending platform that allows you to provide loans to people all over the world, and earn from the interest from those loans. You deposit funds into your vault on Grim, then every day you'll see a list of loans to approve. For every loan you approve, a small amount is taken from your vault for the loan. By the end of every day, your earnings from the loans you approved from that day will be paid into your vault as earnings. At the end of the month, you can withdraw your earnings to your bank account or crypto wallet (depending on your country of residence). So, instead of all the money coming from you, other members contribute towards each loan.
IMPORTANT
You need to login between 12am and 6pm every day to approve your loan portfolio/list. Your daily earnings are paid into your vault from 8pm to 11:59pm.
PROFIT
You earn at least 60% interest monthly on the money you deposit in your vault. You can always see the percentage interest for the month by checking the Performance Index page on your dashboard.
DEPOSIT
The minimum deposit is $10. The maximum deposit is $200.
WITHDRAWAL
Minimum withdrawal is $10. Maximum withdrawal is $400. You can withdraw multiple times in a day.
VAULT
You need to lock money into your vault to use Grim. This is money that will be used to sponsor loans you approve, so you can earn. You choose how long you want to lock for money for (minimum of 1 month). You can withdraw money in your vault at anytime you want even before the lock period expires, but if you do so, you'll forfeit your earnings up to that date and pay a 10% breakage fee.
REFERRALS
You'll earn 10% of every deposit by people you refer using your affiliate link.
COMMUNITY
Creating a community on Grim allows you to earn passively. When you refer someone, that person automatically becomes a member of your community. When that person refers someone, the person they've referred also becomes a member of your community. And when that person's referral refers a new person, that new person also becomes a member of your community. Ad so on, infinitely. You earn 10% of the membership fees and 1% of every deposit of every member of your community. Once your community reaches a population of 50+ users, you earn an Oracle Service Reward (OSR) of $35 paid to you every week. Creating a community costs a one-time payment of $15.
MEMBERSHIP
A membership payment is required to join Grim. You can either pay $2 for 1 month of membership, or $7 for 1 year.
