2023-04-12 07:56:56 As a trial lawyer for over 45 years, I LOVED to cross-examine my opponent!!!

I would methodically shred the opponent’s lies with one question after another that he or she had to admit was TRUTH until the lies fell totally apart.

Cross-examination is an art, it is not a science.

For so many years, I thought I was really good at cross-examination. Even my opponents had to admit that TRUTH.

I had a double-edged sword for a tongue. Many witnesses would have preferred that I cut them up with a knife than with my words.

Then in August of 2018, I learned the TRUTH myself!!!

It was NEVER about me.

It was ALWAYS about Him.

I did not reveal the lies and expose the TRUTH.

God did it.

Without God, I am an empty vessel.

With God, He gives me ALL I need in order to do His will and the tasks He created me to do in earth.

I give God ALL the praise and ALL the credit. I give Him ALL the glory.

God is sovereign.

We serve an awesome God.

Think about it.

Know them.

Figure out how they scheme to defeat or destroy you. They are easy to figure out. They are like broken records. They repeat their tactics on different record players.

But a broken record is a broken record regardless of the record player on which it is played.

Always has been. Always will be.

When you understand your enemies and their tactics, you will always stay one or more steps ahead of them.

Kinda like chess.

Except we do not battle flesh and blood.

We know that the devil is the enemy.

The devil is not smart.

The devil is a broken record.

With God on your side, the devil is ALWAYS in checkmate. You are always one or more steps ahead of him.

God knows the future.

The devil does not.
