Just a tiny disclaimer


Today Microsoft Corporation released the Windows(R) Subsystem for Android(TM).
This feature of Windows(R) 11 is designed to work with devices featuring Hyper-V(TM).

The Lumia(R) 950 and 950 XLs do not support Hyper-V(TM), which means you will never have this functionality working ever on your phone.

So it's not really useful to ask us about this, it won't happen.*

*at least without a lot and a lot of serious work

Q) But Windows(R) Subsystem for Linux(GNU/Linux) works, I don't understand, doesn't that use Hyper-V(TM)?
A) WSL v1 does not make use of Hyper-V(TM), and that's the sole thing that works on the Lumia(R) 950 and 950 XL, WSL 2, uses Hyper-V(TM) and does not work
