NOTE: Recite ONLY after the Witr prayer!
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to recite in Witr: "Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High." (Al-Ala 87) and: "Say: O you disbeliever." (Al-Kafirun 109) and: "Say: He is Allah, (the) One." (Al-Ikhlas 112)
And when he finished he would say:« سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ »
(Subhanal-Malikil-Quddus)
"Glory be to the King, the Most Holy
three times, elongating the words the third time." : Sunan an-Nasa'i 1742 | Sahih
and then he (ﷺ) would say this once:« رَبِّ الْمَلاىِٔكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ »
(Rabbil-malaikati war-roohi)
"Lord of the angels and the spirit."
