The telegram bot API has had a hiccup and stopped sending new messages to Rose. Its now started working again, so Rose is catching up; she should be back up to speed in a few minutes.
Sorry about this; absolutely nothing I can do about it, since the issue is on telegram's side.
On the bright side, the new server is holding up strong, so that was a great move!
