JOB BRIEF
Our company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales.
goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, to be arranged with team (if
needed) as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
The sales representative is the direct point of contact with customers and in charge of ensuring a customer’s
needs and expectations are met. Previous experience in a sales role is a must.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Generating leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Prepare sale presentation and arrange for product demonstrations and adjust content of sales
presentations by studying the type of business if needed.
• Understanding and promoting company services and products.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Maintaining client records and sales.
• Resolves customer complaints and enquiries by checking problems, developing solutions, preparing
reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Completes market research and monitors competitor activity by gathering current in marketplace
information on pricing, products, new products, delivery, and schedules.
• Makes recommendations for the customer about the products and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales and marketing, economics, or related field.
• Three to five years of industry sales experience
• Experience in sales and meeting sales goals.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook or other software.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service skills.
• Phone, email, and chat communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal.
• Motivation skills and a positive attitude.
