An Indian based Water Specialists is looking for a senior commissioning Engineer for our ongoing project (Rehabilitation of Sewerage Treatment Plant) in Qatar
The job descriptions as given under.
Qualification required: BE Chemical
Experience required: 15 years + - 5 years in International projects + min 1 project successfully commissioned in capacity of Sr. Commissioning engineer – process/Dy. Commissioning manager/Commissioning manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare system/sub-system break up for sequential commissioning of Water/Waste Water treatment plant
2. Prepare/review Pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures
3. Develop protocols/formats for taking over system/subsystem from Construction and further complete pre-commissioning and hand over system for commissioning
4. Lead team of commissioning engineers of various discipline
5. Set priorities in sequence of commissioning
6. Interact with Consultant/Customer to ensure all protocols are timely accepted and system is handed over immediately after commissioning / PGTR
7. Set up PGTR procedure in line with Contractual requirement
8. Interact with Construction team and vendor representatives to clearly convey requirement in order to achieve commissioning of plant safely
9. Troubleshooting during commissioning
