2) Same arguments as in 2020. Using Laches saying they’ve filed this too late (even tho they can’t file until Election is certified). Claiming this is the way it’s always been done so there’s no illegality by doing it again. No laws saying they needed specific cert requirements or recusal directions so meh

These motions to dismiss are basically all on the shoulders of the judges. If they see any crack in the logic they’re toast. There’s no wiggle room. And when consequences are high they tend to err on the “I don’t poses this authority” or “The injured party wasn’t truly injured” excuse.
