Shanghai Freedom: Metropolis on Cusp of Reopening from Economy-Crushing Lockdown
China’s largest city will be taking significant steps to reopening after its two-month Covid lockdown on Wednesday, by fully restoring public transportation services as well as partially reopening its commercial sector.
Schools will be partially reopened on voluntary basis, grocery and drug stores will continue to reopen gradually with no more than 75% of their total capacity.
Cinemas and gyms will remain closed, but being stuck in one room for a few hours might not be the first thing you want post-lockdown…
