#ማስታወቂያ
ለአንደኛ ዓመት መደበኛ ፕሮግራም የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስና ማህበራዊ ሳይንስ (#Natural_Science_and_Social_Science) ተማሪዎች በሙሉ
በሜዲስን፣ ቬቴሪኔሪ ሜዲስን፣ ፋርማሲ፣ ህግ የሙያ መስኮች እና በኢንጂኔሪንግ ቴክኖሎጂ ፕሮግራሞች መቀጠል የምትፈልጉ ውጤትንና የመቀበል ዓቅምን መሰረት በማድረግ ምደባ የሚከናወን በመሆኑ በተማሪዎች መረጃ ቋት (sis.hu.edu.et) ውስጥ በመግባት ከዚህ በታች በተቀመጠው ምሳሌ መሰረት ፍላጎታችሁን እንድትሞሉ እያሳሰብኩ በአሞላሉ ላይ ለሚያጋጥማችሁ ችግሮች የሬጅስትራር ቢሮ እና የቅድመ-ምረቃ ማስተባበሪያ ቢሮ መረጃ ማግኘት የምትችሉ መሆኑን አሳውቃለሁ፡፡
ማሳሰብያ፡-
1. ሁሉም የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ተማሪዎች ምርጫዎቻቸውን መሙላት ይጠበቅባችዋል። ምርጫቸውን ያልሞሉ ተማሪዎች ባለው ክፍት ቦታ የሚመደቡ ይሆናል።
2. የማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ተማሪዎች በህግ ትምህርት መቀጠል የሚፈልጉ ተማሪዎች ብቻ መሙላት ሲኖርባቸው ሌሎች ተማሪዎች ግን መሙላት የለባቸውም። ነገር ግን ማንኛውም ምርጫውን የሞላ ተማሪ ውድድር ውስጥ ተሳታፊ ይሆናል።
3. ምርጫችሁን ከጨረሳችሁ በኋላ ‘’Save” ብላችሁ መውጣት የሚጠበቅባችሁ መሆኑን አሳስባለሁ፡፡

Today is our weekly mental health awareness post and we will be discussing about anxiety disorder.
Anxiety disorder is a mental health disorder characterised by feelings of worry, anxiety or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities.
There are several types of anxiety disorders, including:
- Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
- Panic disorder
- Phobias
- Separation anxiety
Let's us talk about generalized anxiety disorder. GAD is characterized by the feeling excessive, unrealistic worry and tension with little or no reason. Physical symptoms of GAD can include restlessness, difficulty concentrating and sleeping problems.

It is written by Claire Shipman and Katty Kay. This book deals about The Science and Art of Self-Assurance with What Women Should Know.
The authors provide an informative and practical guide to understanding the importance of confidence and learning how to achieve it for women of all ages and at all stages of their career.
Working women today are better educated and more well qualified than ever before. Yet men still predominate in the corporate world. In The Confidence Code, Claire Shipman and Katty Kay argue that the key reason is confidence and they offer the inspiration and practical advice women need to close the gap and achieve the careers they want and deserve.

"የወዲያነሽ"
የሀይለመለኮት መዋዕል የመጀመሪያው የረጅም ልብወለድ ድርሰት ሲሆን በ1978 ነው ለህትመት የበቃው።
መፀሀፉ የቤት ሰራተኛዋ የወዲያነሽ ወግ አጥባቂ ከሆኑት የአሰሪዎቿ ልጅ ጋር በፍቅር መውደቅዋ ከእርግዝና ጀምሮ እስከ እስር ቤት እስከመግባት ድረስ ዋጋ ሲያስከፍላት እናያለን መፀሀፉ የሁለቱን ወጣቶች የህይወት ውጣውረድን ሳቢ በሆነ መልኩ ይተርካል።

ይህ ሳምንት ለተመራቂ ተማሪዎች የመጨረሻ ሳምንት እንደመሆኑ መጠን የዛሬው የሙዚቃ ግብዛችን ልዩ እንዲሆን ወደድን። ስለዚህም ዛሬ እሰከዛሬ በነበራቹ እረጅም ጉዞ ደሳስ የሚሉ ትዝታዎቻችሁን ደስታ፣ሀዘን፣ጓደኝነት፣መሰናክል፣መውደቅ እናም ደግሞ ስኬት ይሄን ሁሉ አልፋቹ እዚ ላይ በመድረሳቹ እና ይሄን ጊዜ ለማክበር ስለበቃቹ በድጋሚ እንኩዋን ደስስስ አላቹ እያልን እነዚ ትዝታዎቻችሁን መልሳቹ ታስታውሱ
