The 1 minute Trial
I think the motivation community has pretty much established that action engenders motivation, and not the other way around.
Action creates momentum, momentum creates more action, more action creates confidence, and that confidence; that confidence creates motivation.
So I have devised this method I call the 1 Minute Trial.
The 1 Minute Trial is this:
Step 1 - You decide what you want to do, what you've always wanted to do, what needs to be done
Step 2 - You get your timer and time 1 minute, plus a few seconds for tolerance
Step 3 - You do that thing
It's only 1 minute. But that 1 minute is instrumental beyond what you can comprehend. Try it and let us know if it helped.
