2022-03-24 14:46:39 Reopening of Singapore-Malaysia Land Borders

Singapore and Malaysia will reopen our land borders for fully vaccinated travellers from 31 March, 2359hrs.
 
All fully vaccinated travellers and non-fully vaccinated children aged 12 and below are allowed to enter Singapore without the need to undergo border health measures. These travellers may cross the borders via private vehicles, such as cars and motorcycles, in addition to the designated vaccinated travel bus services.

Those with no urgent need to travel are advised not to rush to do so. This will help with congestion and allow travellers with a more essential need to cross the borders more smoothly.

The Multi-Ministry Taskforce has announced the launch of the Vaccinated Travel Framework for all travellers, including Short-Term Visitors (STVs), arriving in Singapore from 31 March 2022, 2359hrs.

• The current country/region classifications will be removed. All countries/regions will be classified under the General Travel or Restricted Category.

• All countries/regions will come under the General Travel Category to begin with.

• Border measures will be implemented based on travellers' vaccination status.
