Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of #Russia, stated that the only legal basis for resolving the situation in #Nagonrno_Karabakh/#Artsakh is the trilateral agreements between Russia, #Armenia, and #Azerbaijan, and there are no other alternatives available.
Any joint actions to reduce tension in the region must be based on these documents. He also cautioned against attempts to undermine the basis for settlement.
