Alright guys, time for a hotfix update (both Q as well as R)

- Fixed Pixelize Package failing to enable Pixel Setup Wizard (You should get PixelSetupWizard if you set Pixelize=1)
- Shipped a working messages app (The one that is compatible with shipped Google Play Services)
- Addons Updated (10th Oct)
- Playstore Updates (10th Oct)

- Make sure you are on latest version of nikgapps.config (v7 in Sourceforge.net)
