2022-05-31 19:17:38 Here's the app I mentioned about:

Habit360

• You can customize and name your habit, pick a color and an icon. It is easy to create a habit list that is perfect for you. You can also pick a habit from a pre-defined list.

Visualize your habits progress in numbers and charts.

Set reminders for each habit to stay on track and etc.

Sharing is caring.

2022-05-31 15:54:55 How to study effectively for 12+ hours (Part 1)

1. Plan!!!

As the saying goes: "If you are failing to plan, you are planning to fail". Without a good plan, you can never make a noticable progress. For achieving a good result, you do need to plan your day wisely. This was my plan.
(Tonight I'll share an incredible app for organizing your day.)

2. Remove the distractions

• If you are applying for a University or having any types of exams soon, remove all the distractions at first. It could be your phone, social media, "annoying" friends or even GF/BF (most distracting people in the world, who usually prevent you from achieving greater things). So, try to ELIMINATE them.

3. Sleeping

• Sleeping is usually overlooked by most people, but it's indeed quite important. Take 6 hours of sleep every day (preferably between 10:00 and 4:00). Another technique I found very beneficial was having a nap (10-15 min). After every 2-3 hours of practice, I sleep a little (refreshing my mind) and keep doing my tasks again. It boosts your memory, creativity and makes you more energetic (feels like sleeping for 2-3 hours, trust me). So, definitely try this technique as well.

• Despite joining the IELTS ZONE team as an ESL teacher just a week ago, I've already gained a great deal of experience and knowledge during this short period. Especially yesterday, travelling to Samarkand, I had an amazing chance to get to know the other teachers well and have fun with them.

I'm really proud to be a part of this community!
