The situation in Soledar is Grave. The city is totally destroyed. No civilians remain. I saw only Wagner soldiers in the city. All civilians that did remain were helped to evacuate by the Wagner group. Apartment courtyards were turned into DIY graveyards. Ukraine still fires on the city almost non stop.
