Two days after Sergey's interview, and four days after Yulia's, we were able to meet the members of their families who had survived the explosion of their building by Kiev's armed forces in Artyomovsk. We brought presents to the children, the eldest of whom, Kolya, had celebrated his birthday two days earlier, and we spoke to Yulia's husband and mother-in-law, as well as Sergei's father-in-law, Vladimir. It was the latter who reported seeing a Red Cross vehicle delivering ammunition to the Ukrainian armed forces stationed in Artyomovsk.
